WE OFFER 3 TYPES OF DETAILED UNDERBODY TREATMENTS:
1. WAX TREATMENT FOR CARS 0-5 YEARS OLD
- Removal of wheel arches and protective guards
- Underbody hot steam wash
- Degreasing
- Hot chassis flush
- Chassis and underbody drying
- Application of underbody rust inhibitor
- Application of WAX coating
- Application of active cavity wax in chassis and inner cavities.
- Fallout removal (cleaning)
- Exterior snow foam wash
Prices range from 750 to 1,200 euro inc vat
This is approximately a 3 day job.
2. STANDARD RUST CONVERTER TREATMENT FOR CARS 5-15 YEARS OLD
- Underbody hot steam wash
- Hot chassis flush
- Underbody drying
- Degreasing
- Welding (1-2 small spots)
- Removal of inner arches
- Sandblasting
- Rust converter treatment
- Stone chip protector
- Active cavity wax inside closed profiles
- Fallout removal (cleaning)
- Snow foam wash on completion
Price range from 1,500- 2,500 euro inc vat
This is approximately 4-6 day job, plus welding
3. PREMIUM UNDERBODY TREATMENT USING COLD GALVANISING SYSTEM ZINGA
- Underbody hot steam wash
- Hot chassis flush
- Underbody drying
- Degreasing
- Welding (1-2 small spots)
- Removal of inner arches and other components
- 3 stages of detailed sandblasting
- Application of the Zinga galvanising system
- Application of the TARFREE protective coating(BLACK)
- Active cavity wax inside closed profiles
- Fallout removal (cleaning)
- Snow foam wash on completion (external)
This is approximately 4-6 day job, plus welding.
Price range from 2,000- 3,000 euro inc vat
Every car or 4×4 can get the standard underbody treatment based on a rust converter,
However not all cars can get the premium Zinga treatment.
Zinga must be applied only to clean metal after receiving 3 stages of sandblasting,
some cars have the old rubber that cannot be removed without completely stripping the car.
(Vehicle must be in good condition for this option)
